Mostly sunny skies are back again, but the cold air is still making its move back in the tri-state. Temperatures are still falling this morning into the lower 30s and will more or less hold steady throughout the day, right around 32 degrees. It will also be quite breezy today making it feel colder than it actually is. Skies will remain clear tonight as lows drop to the mid-teens. Winds will be a little lighter overnight coming from the northwest. The cold snap will break on Sunday and relatively mild
