Meteorologist Mike Woods says that we'll have cloudy skies around the Tristate region Thursday morning with plenty of scattered showers and some wintry mix to the northwest of the Metro areas. Rain will be heavy at times, so be on the lookout for some localized flooding especially in central and southern sections of New Jersey.
