Woman from Snapchat shooting video sentenced to 5 years in prison

HOUSTON (FOX 26) - The woman who was seen on video shooting a gun outside of a moving car in Houston will serve five years in prison.

Sierra Tarbutton, 27, pled guilty on Tuesday to charges of deadly conduct for discharging a firearm. 

Police say Tarbutton and Michael Anthony Cuellar, 29, shot video of themselves firing shots while driving in the Memorial area and posted it on Snapchat in September.
