The second inauguration of Donald Trump is expected to draw former presidents, tech billionaires, world leaders, and performers.

What we know:

Here are some notable attendees for the 60th Inaugural Ceremonies:

  • President Joe Biden and first lady Jill Biden will attend Trump’s inaugural swearing-in ceremony.
  • Vice President Kamala Harris is expected to be present on the Capitol’s west steps as Trump is sworn in for a second term.
  • Former Presidents Barack Obama, George W. Bush, and Bill Clinton are all expected to gather for Trump’s inaugural swearing-in ceremony. According to NBC News, the three will not attend the traditional inaugural lunch.
  • Former first lady Laura Bush and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton will be in attendance for the Jan. 20 swearing-in ceremony at the Capitol.
  • Billionaire tech executive Elon Musk, Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg, Amazon founder Jeff Bezos will attend the swearing-in ceremony. According to NBC News, the three will be seated together near Trump’s cabinet.
  • Zuckerberg is also co-hosting a reception with billionaire Republican donors for Trump’s inauguration, according to the Associated Press.
  • TikTok CEO Shou Chew plans to attend the inauguration, says the New York Times. The popular app could be banned on Jan. 19 under a federal law that forces the video sharing platform to divest itself from its China-based parent company or shut down its U.S. operations, the Associated Press says.
  • Argentinian President Javier Milei is expected to attend, according to a report in Bloomberg.
  • Indian External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar will attend, according to IndianExpress.com
  • Former Democratic Unionist Party (DUP) MP Ian Paisley is scheduled to attend the inauguration, according to the BBC.

Some notable leaders have yet to confirm whether or not they'll be in attendance on Monday: 

  • Senator Bernie Sanders, whose mittens and other inaugural attire went viral at Biden's inauguration, has not confirmed if he will attend Trump's inauguration.
  • It is unclear if Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni & Salvadoran President Nayib Bukele will attend, according to NBC News. 
  • Indicted former Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro said on X that he has been invited and is trying to have his passport returned so he can attend.
  • French politician Eric Zemmour was invited, according to Politico, but it is unclear if he will attend.

Will Trump’s family attend his inauguration?

What we know:

At Donald Trump's 2017 inauguration, several members of his family were in attendance. This included:

  • His wife and first lady Melania Trump.
  • His son Donald Trump Jr. and his now ex-wife Vanessa Trump.
  • His daughter Ivanka Trump and her husband, real estate developer Jared Kushner.
  • His sons Eric Trump and Barron Trump.
  • His youngest daughter Tiffany Trump.

Who will perform at Trump’s inauguration?

What we know:

Country music star Carrie Underwood will perform America the Beautiful, the AP says.

The Village People will perform at two inaugural events. The American disco group is set to perform at one of Trump’s inaugural balls and a rally he’s holding in Washington the day before he’s sworn in.

Other inauguration ceremony performers will include two of the president-elect’s musical favorites, country singer Lee Greenwood and opera singer Christopher Macchio. Greenwood will perform as Trump walks out to take the oath, according to Trump’s inaugural committee. Macchio is Trump’s choice to perform the National Anthem at the end of the program.

What we don't know:

There have been rumblings of other performances Monday night at inauguration balls throughout the District. 

Axios reported some other country music acts are scheduled to perform, including Jason Aldean and Rascal Flatts at Trump’s inaugural ball on Monday and Kid Rock and Billy Ray Cyrus at the victory rally.

Rapper Snoop Dogg is expected to perform at the "Inaugural Crypto Ball," the Wall Street Journal reported.

The invocation is scheduled to be delivered by Franklin Graham, son of the late pastor Billy Graham, and New York Cardinal Timothy Dolan, according to the Associated Press.
