A creepy, crawly creature made a driver immediately stop the car in its tracks.

The Oregon driver pulled over and called for Clackamas County deputies to remove the spider from the car’s dashboard. The spider’s body itself was probably the size of the deputy’s pinky nail.

Hey, if you’re afraid of spiders, it doesn’t matter the size.

Deputy Steinhauer seemed to be a good sport about the ordeal. He bravely picked up the itsy bitsy spider between two fingers before posing for a photo that was shared on the agency’s Facebook page.

This morning's unusual call: A driver pulled over in distress and asked our deputies to remove a spider from the car's dashboard. Deputy Steinhauer was happy to (carefully) oblige.
