ATLANTA - Federal investigators said the Georgia Department of Transportation is partially responsible for the fire that brought down a section of Interstate 85 last year in Atlanta.
The National Transportation Safety Board released a report Wednesday citing the department's decision to store construction materials under the overpass as a contributing factor.
