Henry County man sent to prison after incest conviction

HENRY COUNTY, Ga. - A Henry County man is facing prison time after being sentenced by a judge for being convicted for incest.

Frank Selkirk, 40, was sentenced to 30 years in prison by Senior Superior Court Judge Matthew Simmons.

Selkirk will have to serve 10 of those years in a state prison. He also has to register as a sex offender and cannot have any contact with the victim.  

On February 2, Selkirk was found guilty of incest after hearing of DNA evidence. 

The 14-year-old victim told police she was sexually assaulted by Selkirk at his Ellenwood home in 2015.
