DC bar offers $5 'Moscow Muellers' after Flynn pleads guilty

WASHINGTON - After Michael Flynn became the latest person to face charges in the investigation focusing on Russian meddling in the 2016 presidential election, a Washington D.C. bar is again offering its deal for $5 “Moscow Muellers” in honor of special counsel Robert Mueller.

Since November, The Bird DC in Logan Circle has been offering this drink deal to customers if any associate of President Donald Trump is indicted by Mueller.

On Friday, Flynn, who was President Donald Trump’s former national security adviser, pleaded guilty to lying to the FBI about his contacts with Russia and has agreed to cooperate with Mueller’s investigation. He is the first Trump White House official and the fourth Trump associate overall to face criminal charges during Mueller's probe.
