Jersey City NAACP President William Braker was caught on video last month outside Crown Fried Chicken, stumbling, falling, and urinating on the street. The questionable video has led the NAACP to call a meeting to discuss the issue.

According to Michael Shurin, of The Real Jersey City, the news outlet that obtained the video, Braker has a "checkered past." The ex-Hudson County freeholder and former JCPD lieutenant was charged in 2002 with extorting bribes from a vendor who was seeking contracts with both the county and JCPD. He was sentenced to 41 months in federal prison.
