Beating leaves student with concussion

A freshman at George Washington High School in Philadelphia says she has been a victim of bullying.

On October 21st , a group of students approached the 14 year old and began beating her up. The victim suffered a concussion and the family is pressing charges against the involved students. A fellow student taped the incident and posted it to social media.

The Philadelphia School District has not returned a request for comment.
